Privacy Policy
Applies to jdsafetyconsultants.com and the J.D. Safety Assistant.
Information we collect
We collect the business and contact information you choose to submit through the client intake form or the website assistant: company name, contact name and title, email address, phone number, industry, company description, employee count, locations and states of operation, work types, safety program status, concerns, services of interest, timing, and any additional notes you provide. We also store the transcript of an assistant conversation so your inquiry can be reviewed accurately.
How we use it
Information is used only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and provide the services you request. We do not sell your information or use your email address for marketing lists. Email is used only for the follow-up you consented to.
Please do not submit sensitive information
Do not include employee names, medical details, or other sensitive personal information in the intake form or assistant conversation. Describe incidents, inspections, or citations in general terms only.
The website assistant
The J.D. Safety Assistant is an automated AI assistant, not a safety professional. Your messages are processed by a third-party AI service to generate responses and are stored with your inquiry. It does not provide emergency response, legal conclusions, or approval of any task, permit, or condition.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in a secure database. They are not publicly accessible and can be viewed only through a password-protected administrator account.
Retention and your choices
Inquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records. You may request a copy of your submitted information, a correction, or its deletion by replying to any correspondence from us.
Changes
This policy may be updated as our services change. The current version is always posted on this page.
